Louisa and I are part of the food-blogging community that is Food Blogger Pro, and we were invited to speak with Bjork on his podcast last week!
While we don’t discuss much about dysphagia specifically in the episode, we thought it might be interesting for you all to hear our voices live.
Bjork and Lindsay Ostrom started the Pinch of Yum food blog quite a while ago, and have since branched into other ventures to assist the food bloggers of the internet. Louisa and I joined the Food Blogger Pro community in late 2021 to help us get a handle on some of the finer points of blogging.
Since then, we have benefitted so much from the wisdom of the community, and now we’ve had the chance to add some of our own wisdom!

Consider joining the Dysphagia Foods and Recipes Group on Facebook to find some great ideas as well. Otherwise, stay tuned while we work on getting more recipes out for each level!
